Supreme commander patch 3255

Then you are only able to view replays of the current installed patch level. Install Location By default the install location is detected automatically. Primary the SupCom install folder is used.

If SupCom isnt installed, the ForgedAlliance folder will be used. But of course you can install it to whatever directory you want. On the top left you will find the navigation tree. From here you can switch to different views like replay lists or patch lists. Such lists are displayed in the list area, that needs often the most space and is displayed rightward. The third area is found on the bottom left side and is called the detail area.

It is used to display details about a selected item e. On the first start the "Replay Manager" adds some default folders to the navigation under the "Replays" node. This are so called "virtual directories" that represent the default replay locations for the supported games. Every directory node in the navigation can be changed, remove and so on. All actions for a directory can be found in the context menu.

Just right-click on a directory node and see what you can do with it. Then choose the appropriate directory and it will be displayed and sorted in the navigation. But you can also drag a directory from explorer right into the navigation. If you have selected a replay directory in the navigation, all contained replays are listed. From this list you can choose and start replays just by double-clicking on it. The patch version of the replay must be installed to view it see "Patches" chapter below.

If the needed version isnt installed, the replay is started with the current installed game version, but may show you an error saying that is not able to load the game from the replay. Within the navigation you'll find a "Live Replays" section. The following image shows the user interface. If this section is activated, the program monitors the clipboard for live replay links. To download a live replay to your harddisk login to GPG. NET and switch to the Halcyon chat room.

If a players starts a live replay, then the ReplayBot posts a message with a link into the chat room.

Now click on that line with the right mouse button to bring up the context menu. Choose "Copy to Clipboard" there. Now switch to "SupCom Replay Manager" and check the list. It should display a new download line for that user. If the list already contains an entry for that username then nothing will happen. This will keep you from downloading a replay twice.

Because it is a live stream, you have to wait till the end of the game to finish the download. You can abort the download by the "Remove" action in the context menu or select the download and press "Del" on the keyboard. If the download is finish you can start the replay by double-clicking on the entry. Some options of the "Live Replays" section including the download location can be configured within the Options dialog. Note: If the user that streams the replay quits the game, then the replay will end.

This may occur before the end of the game, so in some cases the replay may not contain the whole game. Under "Patches" you will find all available patch packs. These packs are used by VersionChooser to alter the game to a specific patch level. You can view replays of a specific version only if the corresponding patch pack is installed. The program is able to download a newer patch list from the internet. So you dont need to look around for newer patch packs, simply look there.

New or changed packs can be distributed through the patch list. Due to the patch list the program is able to detect all installed patches and give you an overview what packs are installed, not installed or need updates. If a patch package shows as "Not Installed", you can install it via double-clicking on it. Activity Social activity. Forum Blog posts Users Statistics. Add a new video.
